Frying vat is constructed 1.5mm 304 stainless steel with sandblast finish

Four tube burners with thermocouple safety cut off per vat

Two baskets per vat

Stainless steel drain off ball valve

Top surface is 304 directionless (satin) finished, stainless steel at 2.0mm thickness

Exterior panels (sides) 304 stainless steel at 0.8mm thickness

Adjustable 25mm stainless steel feet

Unit is serviceable from the front

Vat cover and 1” drain pipe included
